Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Productifi.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing the Productifi app on your Shopify store or using any part of the Productifi platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

2. The Service

Productifi provides an AI-powered supplement design platform integrated with Shopify. The Service allows merchants to design custom supplement products, publish them as listings on their Shopify store, and fulfill customer orders on-demand via our manufacturing network.

3. Pricing

The Productifi app is free to install. Merchants are charged a per-unit manufacturing cost only when a customer places an order on the merchant's Shopify store. Costs are disclosed in the product catalog and invoiced per order. There are no subscriptions, monthly fees, or minimum order quantities.

4. Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Setting accurate retail prices and product descriptions on your Shopify store.
  • Complying with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you sell, including FDA regulations in the United States and equivalent bodies elsewhere.
  • Handling customer service, returns, and chargebacks from your customers. Productifi handles manufacturing defects and shipping errors; all other customer-facing issues are the merchant's responsibility.
  • Maintaining a Shopify account in good standing.

5. Manufacturing and fulfillment

All supplements manufactured through the Service are produced at FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities. Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days of receipt. Productifi does not guarantee specific delivery times and is not liable for shipping carrier delays.

6. Prohibited products and claims

You may not use the Service to produce or market products that (a) make disease-treatment claims, (b) contain controlled substances, (c) violate FDA structure/function claim regulations, or (d) otherwise violate applicable law. Productifi reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to violate these rules.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the Productifi app at any time through your Shopify admin. Productifi may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for activity that creates legal risk for Productifi or its manufacturing partners.

8. Limitation of liability

Productifi provides the Service "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Productifi's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Productifi in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your Shopify store and posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
