Productifi brands are Shopify merchants running lean — orders come in as 1–50 unit batches, dozens of times a day. Perfect for filling the slack between your big enterprise runs.
No sales cycle, no purchase orders
Orders arrive fully-specified through our API: SKU, quantity, ship-to, custom label artwork. Your team just manufactures and prints. We handle billing, dispute resolution, and customer service.
Predictable, monthly settlement
Net-15 payment on invoiced volume. Wire, ACH, or check — whatever your ops team prefers. Weekly volume reports so you can staff up before the surge.
You keep your existing customers
Productifi doesn't compete with your direct customer base. We're a demand aggregator for micro-brands, not a broker cutting into your enterprise accounts.

Requirements
What we look for in a partner facility
Productifi's brand promise to consumers is US-manufactured, FDA-registered, GMP-certified supplements. Every facility in the network meets these standards.
GMP certification
Current 21 CFR Part 111 GMP compliance (NSF, USP, or equivalent third-party audit). Certificate must be renewable and unbroken for the last 24 months.
FDA facility registration
Valid FDA food/dietary supplement facility registration (renewed within the last calendar year).
Small-batch capable
Ability to profitably manufacture runs of 25–500 units without meaningful setup penalty. We are not the right fit for MOQ-heavy operations.
On-demand label printing
In-house print-on-demand for pressure-sensitive labels (Zebra ZD, Epson ColorWorks, or equivalent). We ship label artwork per-order — not per-batch.
48-hour turnaround
Manufactured, labelled, tamper-sealed, and QC-passed inside 48 hours of order receipt. Slower turnarounds break the customer promise.
API-friendly ops team
Someone on your ops team who can integrate a webhook-based order feed. We provide the API and integration support.
